AMD processor temperature

Hi,
I just fixed a brand new AMD Athlon 2000 XP processor with Gigabyte 7TV600 M/B. And I realised that the CPU tempurature is about 63 degree after switching on the PC. Is it normal for AMD processor to run under that temperature?? Should I change a better heat sink and CPU fan? Thanks for your help 🙂
