AMIBIOS Password

Sir i have a cirux p-iii,550 system,due to a accident i had forget my BIOS passwor.There is no jumper to clear CMOS(The board is intel 810 chiset)i tried by removing Battery,Power supply and BIOS chip also but i am not able to remove the password.The system was not in use last one month and now he is showing the mismatch the CPU speed and with open the setup i can’t change it.i can’t boot the system by Floppy b’coz the boot sequence is C only.
pls help me.
