analog color monitor

I use color monitor CTX-CVS-5468.When I was using Windows 95,I used to get it on full screen.Now I am using Windows 98,it does not cover full screen and allows about 1″ space all around.Recently a hardware technician who inspected it ,said it is an anolog monitor and hence it is not possible to get Windows 98 on full screen.Is there any procedure to get Windows 98 on full screen in an analog monitor? Kindly help .
