Anti spaming software

Does anyone use eSafe Mail as an antivirus product.

i am interested to know how other industries deals recovering e-mails that have been blocked due to spam words either in the subject or body of the e-mails.

Our office uses a product that blocks e-mails based on a list of words (here are some samples: “bad words”, the best, xxx etc). sometimes the e-mails blocked are valid e-mails that should not be blocked.
