any advice

Hello,
I would like some advice to chew on regarding my business. I am the single owner of a small computer shop. We (I) do repairs, troubleshooting, sales and service. So far, I have been busy with just walk-in traffic. I know I can grow the business with my networking and sales skills, but I am at the point now where I have my hands full just servicing customers. I am making enough revenue to pay myself but would like to possibly hire part-time help at first to just “catch-up”. I do not want to go in the hole with payroll and am just wondering “where do I start”. My vision is about a small retail repair store with 2-3 employees and myself. Any advice how to grow without going into debt? Sincerely,
