Any early Mac OS Experience?

A Mac Powerbook 160 has recently come into my possession and I would like to know if There is any possible way to make it a little more powerful. At the moment it runs quite sweetly on 8MB (!) of memory and would appreciate advice from some one witha Mac background as my grounding is mainly Windows. If any one can help that would be great.
