Anybody using SPICE IT Pro free IT management software?

I noticed a program here on TR from SPICE. Network type management software, free for up to 250 devices. Has anybody downloaded and installed this program? I downloaded it but didn’t complete the registration. It wants an E-mail address, password and administrative rights to the network to gather information.

Any recommendations for network hardware and software inventory, viewing status, etc?
