App Server Migration

Has anyone done a J2EE Application Server Migration? Specifically, going from iPlanet to BEA. Any information would be appreciated. If you have any thoughts on how to best go about doing this, and/or any recommendations on links with good information on the web, that would also be greatly appreciated.
