Appletalk on Windows NT 4.0

Is there any difference between the Appletalk protocol on Windows NT 4.0 Workstation and the Services for Macintosh on Windows NT 4.0 Server.

The reason I ask is that I am currently building a duplicate of one of our servers which acts as a router, the only difference is the OS which I want to be Windows NT Server.
I have tried adding Appletalk as a protocol on NT Server however there is no option to do so, as a result I have added SFM.
