Application Error on rasautou.exe

Windows XP Home Edition:
After boot up and sign in the Windows XP, it take a long time ( 4-5 mins )to free up. After that I will get the Application Error as : rasautou.exe the instruction at “0x00000000″ memory could not be read”

I couldn’t find the answer in Microsoft Knowledge base.
