Application Error “POPUNDER.EXE”

We ahve an eMachine that is getting Application Error “POPUNDER.EXE”
The instruction at 0X74706b41 memory at 0X74706b41 could not be read. Click ok to terminate. But it appears to keep going. Has anyone experienced this problem, if so please advise.
