Application hangs Terminal Server…

I have an database application installed on a NT4 terminal server. After a few days this application fills the memory and hangs the server. Need to find a command-line application that can clear/flush the memory on the server at night without restarting the server. Have tried the clearmem.exe application from the resource-kit with no success…. Need Help!
