Application Installation on W2K Pro

When the user logs on this message comes up ‘Unable to find Setup Information File c:\\winnt\temp\setup32.inf’

Not sure if this is preventing them from installing applications. But when they try to message says ‘Setup has detected UninstallShieldis in use, close UninstallShield and restart setup. Error 432’

user is in Administrator group.

Could not reference Uninstallshield anywhere in windows. Any ideas are much appreciated.
