Application Popup

I have a laptop (gateway) running w2k and when it is turned on before any scripts are run I get an application popup: WScript.exe-Entry Point Not Found: The procedure entry point DoOpenPipestream could not be located in the dynamic link library ScrRun.dll Any suggestions?
