Applying Folder Premission in NT4

Is there anyway or tools i can use so i can an apply the same permission on the root folder down to subfolders.

My folder has different permission every sibling folders and i want to apply the same permission on all the folders. How do i do thatin easy way.

What im doing right now is i go to every folder and change its permission and i’m tired of doing it manually.

please help.
