Applying group policies

Hi,

I’ve recently installed and configured windows 2000 server and tried to applied group policies to a certain OU but it’s not working. What I was trying to do was to take certain settings (Run, Network Places, Control Panel, etc…) away from the particular OU, but it’s not working. Does anybody have any suggestion as to what to do?
