ARCSERVE AGENT FOR EXCHANGE – ERROR 91

I have not been able to understand any of the people I have talked to at CA. Literally, I have been on hold for ages and when I get someone, their accent is so thick that I cannot communicate with them! 3 times now! This sucks. SO – I need to ask, “How can I get rid of the error message ‘Backup Agent Error (91) License has been Terminated”. I am on NT SP6 ARCSERVE 2000 with all of the recommended patches and I am trying to back up Exchange to no avail….
