Arial Fonts

I have a user who is having a problem printing arial fonts. Sometimes they print, other times they don’t. For example, he can print a word sr-2 doc. and the body and footer will print, but not the header. He can print another word doc., and only thebody will print. If he prints another word doc., the whole thing prints. I tried reinstalling the arial font, and everything seemed to print fine after that. After a number of prints, it started happening again. Nothing has changed on his workstation recently, this seems to have just started happening for no apparent reason. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. I’m at a total loss for this one.
