Arkeia causes Netlogon to hang

I’ve got a Windows 2000 server that is backed up by linux server running Arkeia. During the backup, Netlogon hangs, forcing me to reboot the machine before my users can access it.

Is anyone else using Arkeia to backup a Windows 2000 box running IIS?
