AS/400 terminal emulators Recommendation

We are looking to replace our current desktop emulation package. Currently we are running a very old version of Rumba AS/400 on mostly W98 desktops. Are support for the product has dropped. We need to do 5250 Terminal emulation, nothing fancy.

I’m looking for recommendations. What do you use? Anyone have experience with web based emulators? Any preferences between the two?

We do not not plan on updating desktop OS’s for at least a year. Naturally we want to keep costs low if possible.
