ASP scripts will not run

I was Windows 2000 server running IIS 5.0 and the ASP scripts will not run this machine. It seems to have happened after installing the secuirty patch the Code Red worm. I have tried replacing the ASP.dll and rebooting but it didn’t work. Any ideas?
