Aspire 1350 – check connection to wireless card in laptop

I want to open up my Aspire 1350 laptop to see why the external wireless Caedbus PC card wont engage.
It has done and then suddenly wont.

Bent pins or out of alignment?

Dont know but I feel that I can have a look at this myself and fix it – but how best to get in the casing?
