AT command

The AT command under NT 4 has a larger number of command line switches and options than are visible once the Scheduled Tasks icon has arrived on your system usually via an upgrade in IE.
Can anyone advise if these older options like username & password can still be accessed via the command line or can it only be done by altering the account info via the GUI.
