ATA133 IDE Controller on ATA-100 Mobo

Hi, I have a mobo that has ATA100 now, I would like to add more IDE drives.
I would like to ask if i can buy a PCI ATA133 IDE Controller card instead of a ATA100 one. or must i get a ATA100 one?
