Auditing Use of User Rights

This is probably an easy question, but I recently enabled failure logging on my domain. Problem is, I can’t make heads or tails of the Event Log entries. Does anyone know of a resource that can help me understand what the Event Log entries mean, andwhich ones should concern me?
