authentication issue?

I have an office that uses Direcway satellite for Internet access. I upgraded from the DW4000 to the DW6000 receiver. After I did browsing is fine but I can’t access our hosted mail server via Outlook (Web access OK) and I also can’t access website screens that involve logons. I contacted (offshored) tech support and they were not helpful, claiming it wasn’t their problem. I had to run a little configuration utility to connect clients to the DW6000. Re-running it did no good, but when I set up a new PC (same as the others) that had never been connected to the DW4000 it connects to the mail server and website logons fine. Any ideas?
