auto document a server/network

I am a consultant who sees many different configurations on a daily basis. I would like to have a utility that does the folowing in windows 2000 server:

-automatically documents server settings
ip addx
subnet
services running
users
groups
exchange settings
permissions (like dumpacl)
hardware details,
licensing
software installed

does anyone knwo of any program that wiull do all that?

alternatly I would like it to document client stations either via a scriptable client orsome other means but this is not necessarry.

any ideas would be helpful!!
