Auto Hangup in Windows 95/98

Hi…Could someone throw light on this one….
I’ve connected to a RAS server over a telephone line. After completing the transactions I want to disconnect the telephone line, by giving a command in the same batch file which initiates the connection and copies the data..

Can anyone HELP!!!!
