Auto logon tool for NT4 server, w2k ser

Is there any tool available for auto logon on w2000 server or professional pcs. So that I configure one account with password on it & it automatically logs on that machine with that account. & when i want to disable it then it allows to do so.

I wan to use it for our development server where developers need interactive access with admin account. I want to use it so that they can’t see me typing admin password.

I need the same tool for Win NT 4 server.
