Auto logon tool for w2k server & prof??

Is there any tool available for auto logon on w2000 server or professional pcs. So that I configure one account with password on it & it automatically logon that machine with that account. & when i want to disable it then it allows to do so.

I wan to use it for our development server where developers need interactive access. I want to use it so that they can’t see me typing admin password.

I need the same tool for Win NT 4 server.
In NT 4 resource kit there was one Autologon utility. But is there any other tool. or from where I can get just Autologon of Res.Kit of NT4.

Plz help me out.
