auto mail responder in ms exchange 5.5

dear friends

i am facing one problem with ms exchange is how to configure auto mail responder for one mail box,for that i tried some scripting technoks but i am not able to do through ms outlook,so can u tell me a detailed step by step for doing that,please try to help me.is any free application is coming for that.
