Auto Move a File after FTP Upload

I am working on a project to automate FTP uploads by clients. Currently, various clients upload large files to their personal directories on my IIS 4.0 server. We then have to regularly monitor each directory to see if a file has come in, then move the file to a job-specific Netware server. I want to automate the process of detecting the presence of a new file and moving it to the Novell server. Does anyone have any suggestions? I’m looking into WHS and the Posting Acceptor, but I’m not a coder or scripter by any means. Help!
