Auto notification of domain change

Is there a process by which I can auto reply to incoming emails that will inform the sender that emails to this domain have changed? The server is Exchange 5.5. All users are on a new server in a new domain with a different email address.

All incoming messages are presently auto forwarded to the new 2000 Exchange box.
