Auto Signature, printing Garbage outlook

In outlook 2000, the auto Signature, the phone and fax part prints in funny characters (garbage), installed updated drivers, reinstalled the print queue, redirected the port, from lpr to tcp/ip and still the same person’s auto signature is printing garbage. The font is arial, so nothing special there. Unable to find anything on this, someone else can print this message fine, but this particular laptop cannot and it is just this one person’s auto signature. Need help. Thanks
