AutoAdd Group to New Printer

Is there a way to have local/global groups (or OU’s) automatically added to the security setup when a new printer is added to the server (like a template for printer additions). Put another way– I create a new printer/printer share and want my global group of g_is_prntmgrs to be automatically added to that printer with specific permissions (permissions specified via template or cmdline or such). The group would be automatically added to _any_ printer I add to the server. I suppose i could write a script for this but don’t think that is the best way.
