Autocad copy

Hi,
I bought a 40Gb HD the other day and
successfully installed win98.
On my old hard drive I had a copy of autocad which i
burnt onto a disk and tried to install onto the new
hard drive but I cant seem to install it.
Is this possible or am Idoing something wrong?
