autodesk maya 2011 instt rel-(Error-install mcrsft C++2005)

Hi………

i hv Asus notebook PC.Congig are i3 processer 2nd gen,2gb RAM,500gb HDD,1gb graphic card ,Win7 32.When im trying to install maya 2011 ver then the error comes Install Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 Redistributable (x86).after that i did installation c++2005.The error remain same while other software(max 2010) works smoothly.
plz tell solution ………..
