Automate NTBackup in W2000

I would like to automate Windows 2000 NTBackup with a command line. This is simple in NT 4, but Windows 2000 uses Removable Storage. Every time I use a (new) tape, this tape is not (automatically) available for NTBackup. I want to use the Tape streamer and all the tapes exclusively for NTBackup.
I want to use every tape for NTBackup, no matter what I select to backup and without any messages witch interfere with the automated process.
Can anybody tell me how I can accomplish this with Batch or VBScript?
