Automatic FTP

I have a Windows NT Server (4.0) that generates application logs every two to three days. I need these files to be automatically FTP’d to a dedicated PC for burning the logs to CD-R.

Is there an easy way to create a script (in the UNIX world, itwould be a “cron” job, but don’t know the designation in NT) or other function such that logs would automatically be sent in this way? If you need more specific information as to environment, please post here and I’ll respond.
