Automatic, permanent deletion of files

When I delete a file in Windows Explorer or Outlook Express, I would like it to be absolutely unrecoverable. Is it possible to do this without having to manually overwrite the sensitive file? Even after I defrag, I can recover the files with NortonUnErase. I want them GONE!
