Automatic Program addition

I have a problem with getting rid of porn on my computer. There is an icon (Adutl Links)that is automatically added when I start IE. I delete the icon, the links in MS IE and and also the icon from the start menu. When I restart MS IE again they get put out there again, Any ideas on how I can get rid of this junk once and for all?
