Automatic rebooting w/Internet Explorer

While using Internet Explorer computer will reboot on some web pages. If I go back to the same sites it will occur every time. I can go to the same sites with Netscape and it will load and I have no problems.
I am using Win 98. When it reboots it will also change my clock year to the next year. In 2000 it went to 2001 and now in 2001 it goes to 2002. Please contact me with a solution.
