automating data entry of parsed data

Is there software available that will facilitate the entry of delimited data directly into windows based data entry screens? It would need to be trainable to wait for responses back like a curser or other text and you would need to be able to have keyboard comands entered at the proper response along with the data. Would be helpful, any sugestions?
