Autorun and CD-Rom drives?

Is there a way to tell the AUTORUN.INF file on a CD-ROM to launch content only from the CD-ROM and not try to go to the internet to display the files?

The reason I ask is that I’ve saved a website to the CD-ROM and have configured the AUTORUN.INFto open IE and display the index.htm file. But when I insert the CD-ROM it tries to get the real-live internet version instead of the saved copy on the disc.

Also is there a way to tell the AUTORUN.INF that the CD-ROM might not be drive “D” but possible drive “E”? Thanks so much…
