avoiding insert cd while playing game

I have fully installed a pc game on my computer.
When i want to play the game i have to insert the game cd on the drive and then able to play the game. Please help me how do i install a game so that i don’t have to insert the cd every time.
What protection the cd have and what changes to be made to avoid this.
