Back-up Devices

Thanks for the advise on back-ups. Now, please help me decide on what back-up device should I use with Veritas Backup Exec? Is there such thing as SCSI tape drive and Fiber tape Drive? I’m running two win nt 4.0 and one win2k server. Thanks.
