Back-up dialin users

I would like to be able to back-up certain users when they connect to the network. I don’t want them to have a choice. I want the server to pull off any information that has changed since last login and back it up or add it to the company database. This will be for sales staff that when they login and new or changed contact information will be added to the contact database.
