I’m having troubles implementing BO2K. I have a new sever with two NICS. 1 NIC for Internal and one for a DSL Internet connection. I’ve installed a bare bones install of 2K Server in workgroup mode and setup my hardware accordingly. Next I applied an IP address scheme to NIC 1 (internal ) of 10.0.0.2 NIC 2 SDSL is my static internet IP. I also configured a default gateway and DNS servers on NIC 2(my ISP’s DNS) I am able to get on the net ok. My ISP has also setup DNS entries to point to my domain. I can ping my IP from the Internet using my web address. www.domain.com
After this point is where I’m running the BO2K install. After its installed, I have DNS errors, about AD replicating partners, W32time, a whole bunch of IIS errors in the app log. I answered all the questions correctly. Why would this configuration be so odd that it would come up with errors like this?
