backoffice resource kit

Tried installing bork on the exchange server. It failed saying it couldnt continue because it could not detect service pack 4. So I clicked Yes to install sp 4. It in turn failed saying it detected a newer service pack on the system. Im running NT Server 4.0 SP 6. Anyone know how to get around this besides running each tool separately off the cd rom? I would like to install the complete resource kit.
