Backup

On Wins 2000 server, Arcserve 2000 backup, HP autoloader. recently encountered some error and found no device shown in Arcserve console. Tried going to wizard > device config > next > tape + optical lib > Auto config, gives the following error: cannot auto assign devices! there is no changer attached to the server. appreciate some guidance on how to resolve this backup problem.
